Two bookkeepers, one small office, no call centre.

We started in 2016 doing the books for a handful of local tradespeople who were fed up with their accountant only replying in January. It's stayed small on purpose.

Who you'll speak to

Joanne Fenwick handles bookkeeping and VAT; Marcus Reilly runs payroll and CIS. You get one of us directly, not a rotating support queue — and we both know your business by name.

Who we work with

Mostly sole traders and small limited companies with 1–25 staff: builders, cafés, hairdressers, small retail. We know the sector-specific headaches because we've dealt with them for most of our clients.

What we're not

We don't do tax planning, company formations or year-end accounts ourselves — we hand those to your accountant, or can recommend one if you don't have one yet.
